Sound Experience
If you’ve played bowls or other cool instruments in a store and been afraid that you might drop them, bug other people in the store, or would like to play a whole set… this workshop is for you. After a short lesson on how to play the full set of crystal bowls, our Tibetan bowl collection, chimes, tuning forks, the tongue drum, and all of the other musical toys in the studio… you’ll have the opportunity to play away!
The workshop with finish with a sound bath & meditation. All of the instruments are UV sanitized and we will social distance for safety and sound management. It’s a great place to hang out and enjoy the AC on a hot summer afternoon. It is also available to book as a private workshop for you and your friends!

Release & Rebirth
We’ve all been cocooned in our homes wondering what our next steps might be. This workshop combines journaling, reflection, meditation and intention setting as a community. . . and of course a deep meditation.
We may not have all of the answers right now, but we will gain some clarity and focus to help each of us renew our well-being and resolve for the long road ahead.

Modern Archetypes
Based on the work of Caroline Myss, this fun, interactive workshop explores the Archetypes in our lives and how the attributes of each Archetype are revealed through our behavior, relationships and life choices.
Spend some time looking at the patterns derived from historical roles such as Mother, Child, Trickster, and Servant see how they are a part of your own personality.

Map to Stillness: Creating Your Personal Mantra Practice
Ready to deepen your practice with a personal mantra? Spend some structured time mapping out your practice, identifying obstacles, and setting you up for daily practice. In this two-part workshop, we will discuss intention, path, staying on path with accountability, and keeping your practice consistent but interesting. You will receive your personal mantra in the first session, practice for a week, can come into the second session ready to really dial in your practice.

Quarterly Retreat
Joins us for a day to yourself developing your practice, relaxing your mind, and nurturing your well-being. We’ll do a little bit of writing, and a lot of silence and contemplation, and lively community discussion around living life more peacefully and intentionally. Bring a light lunch. Snacks and beverages provided.
