New to Meditation?

Every single one of our teachers & students were beginners once! Here’s what we recommend.

Learning meditation takes some practice, so give yourself plenty of time. It’s best to attend class 1-2 times a week at first. You will learn the basics of meditation beginning with how to actually sit down & meditate and why it can be challenging to do it.

Each week you can check in, discuss your practice with a teacher, and share successes and challenges with the class. We encourage you to try out different types of classes, meet all of our teachers, and ask tons of questions.

All of our teachers started out just like you, so we take the time to help you be comfortable and confident in your practice. We believe Beginner’s Mind is the best mind…no expectations and ready to learn.
