Based on the traditional Buddhist method of Metta, this meditation is 45 minutes of guided repetition of the LovingKindness phrases – May I be safe, happy, healthy, and live with ease.

Metta, or LovingKindness, creates a powerful space and possibility of happiness for ourselves and the world.
