Mindful Eating

Our relationship to food is correlated to our relationship with self. Join, Brittany, in this Mindful Eating workshop where she will discuss how meditation is a great catalyst for changing your habits towards a healthier lifestyle. She will share the importance of trusting your intuition as to what foods work best for you, letting go of the diet mentality, and the importance of taking pleasure in eating and cooking for optimal health.

This is a two-part workshop on November 10th and 17th.

Snacks, materials, two sessions, and a Facebook accountability group is included.
