Metta, or LovingKindness, creates a powerful space and possibility of happiness for ourselves and the world.
We begin with ourselves, then gradually extend the intention to people in our lives, including those in pain, and relationships that cause us suffering. This is practice is non-religious and profound method to bring shift into your life.
