Rise and Shine

This 45 minute class invites you start your day as your best self. Get grounded and ready to be in the world with real-time tools to reduce stress and build your ability to find happiness anywhere, anytime.

This class is structured as “teacher’s choice”, but always includes a gentle guided meditation suitable for all levels, including beginners. Kick off your day with some chill and head out into your day ready to shine.

Meditation for Regular People

This class is one hour long. We spend some time introducing ourselves, then we meditate together for 5 minutes as a warm up. Melissa will lead some discussion around mindfulness and teach a meditation technique you can use outside of class. Then she will guide you through a 25 minute meditation. No skills required. If you can breathe, you can meditate.

Thrive

Glide into your home life after your workday.

Thrive is a 45 min meditation class designed to transition you from work to home, teach self-care, and head off burnout.

We’ll destress and release your day, then enjoy a short guided session into a powerful 30 min silent breath meditation.
