Morning Metta

Based on the traditional Buddhist method of Metta, this meditation is 45 minutes of guided repetition of the Loving Kindness phrases:May I be safe, happy, healthy, and live with ease.

Metta, or Loving Kindness, creates a powerful space and possibility of happiness for ourselves and the world.

Meditation for Regular People

This class is one hour long. We spend some time introducing ourselves, then we meditate together for 5 minutes as a warm up. Melissa will lead some discussion around mindfulness and teach a meditation technique you can use outside of class. Then she will guide you through a 25 minute meditation. No skills required. If you can breathe, you can meditate.

Brain Boost

Take care of your brain and it will take care of you.

This 45 min meditation session combines a classic 30 min silent breathing meditation with the latest focus techniques.

We’ll positively stimulate your brain, promote neuroplasticity, and use tools to enhance brain health.
